Yes! You can customize what you call your users and most other text in the myTurn platform using our language options. You can do this by visiting:
- Settings -> Organization -> Language
From there, follow the instructions on the page, or simply go to "Enter Translation Mode" and you can "translate" your default language to customize words and phrases that are highlighted. You'll need to change both the singular "Customer" and plural "Customers" and other places the word Customer or Customers appears in sentences or phrases.
The translation tools let you customize any of the wording in myTurn (including "Translating" English to English). We strongly recommend you not change the "meaning" of phrases, including Item Types, to avoid confusion and to allow for comparison across organizations.
